ROCKWOOD  Development and implementation of a revitalization strategy for a culturally diverse community in west Gresham, Oregon. Deb has dedicated years to further the transformation of Rockwood into a stable, thriving, sustainable neighborhood. As staff for the City of Gresham, Deb led the creation of an urban renewal plan with thousands of citizen participants. She has since worked on public-private partnerships, incentives for industrial employment, and development assistance programs for Rockwood.
